Prime Minister Edi Rama met with the Albanian community in Michigan during his visit to the United States. He highlighted the role and contribution of the Albanian diaspora in the country.

Michigan marked the first stop on Rama’s U.S. agenda ahead of his engagements in New York. He is travelling with his wife, Linda Rama, and an official Albanian delegation too.

Meanwhile, Rama will take part in the United Nations General Assembly proceedings in New York. He will attend the opening of the General Debate and address the General Debate.

His agenda also includes official receptions, high-level events and meetings with political and economic representatives. He will also meet representatives of international organizations.
