The President of the Republic Ilir Meta honored the prominent poet Zhuliana Jorganxhi with the title “Grand Master”, with the motivation: “With gratitude to the precious work as an artist of the Albanian word; for her prosperous creativity with dedication and patriotism for Albanian songs, setting the example as an inspiration and forerunner of a wonderful generation of creators. In the evaluation of the work as an intellectual of the first line, which through her messages, helped in particular for the emancipation of Albanian women and youth “.

This activity within the initiative “Albanian Artists in the Presidency”, is an initiative that serves to appreciate and enhance the work and extraordinary contribution of our artists in the field of art and culture.

Zhuliana Jorganxhi was born in the city of Korça, in a family with early patriotic and musical traditions. Zhuliana Jorganxhi grew up amidst the music and poetics of Korça songs, naturally following the path of art. Her literary activity starts at an early age and her poems were published for the first time when she was only 17 years old.

But, what made Zhuliana Jorganxhi be called “Queen of Albanian song” is the extraordinary contribution in the field of Albanian song lyrics.
