Rama meets in Prishtina with Kosova Assembly Speaker Konjufca

During his visit in Prishtina in the frame of the two-day official visits to the countries of the Western Balkans within the framework of the Berlin Process, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama met the Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca.

Earlier, Prime Minister Rama was received in a meeting by the President of Kosova, Vjosa Osmani.

Today, Prime Minister Rama was in Skopje, where he was hosted by the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Dimitar Kovacevski, with whom he also gave a joint press conference.

The Prime Minister’s tour of meetings will continue tomorrow morning in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he will meet with the head of the Council of Ministers, Borjana Kristo, to continue in Montenegro, where he will be met by Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic and President Jakov Milatovic to conclude the Balkan tour with a visit to Serbia, where he will meet with President Aleksandar Vucic.

A few days ago, Prime Minister Edi Rama said from Ulqin (Montenegro) that the “Open Balkans” has fulfilled the mission for which it was born, i.e. to push forward the Berlin Process and that the leaders of the Balkans should now focus on Berlin Process initiative.

Tirana will host the next Berlin Process summit on the coming October 16.
