The whole region is expected to have a stabilized sunny and quite hot weather on Saturday and Sunday and at the same time they are the hottest days of this heat wave, while on Sunday the temperature will start to drop in our continental areas, mainly in Kosovo, north of Montenegro and some hilly-mountainous areas of North Macedonia and Albania, where there is a possibility of isolated developments of some rain showers with thunder. Quite high temperatures remain on Sunday in Albania, especially along the coast, the central and southern parts and the western lowlands.

On Monday, strong but isolated downpours will lash Albania, while on Tuesday the entire region will have a drop of temperatures. Even during this heat wave, the temperature in Albania is expected to reach 40 degrees Celsius, while in Kosovo about 36 degrees Celsius.

The beginning of the new week brings more frequent showers, isolated rain with lightning and thunder.
