Sculptor Emanuel Koko brings 20 installations of works to the exhibition: Sculpture, inseparable love

The sculptor Emanuel Koko has been practicing his profession as a special passion for art and beauty, for more than 25 years, while he is also a lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts.

In the framework of the 75th anniversary of the Academy of Fine Arts, Emanuel Koko has recently opened an exhibition in the school Gallery with over 20 works of art installation, where the themes are different. He remembers his first job. He realized it in the second year of high school when he was only 16 years old. It is a portrait of a girl in relief.

Redimensioned in natural materials in stone, wood, metal or bronze for the sculptor Koko, each of these original elements if captured or processed by an artist with individuality and humanism is an artistic creation, which arouses the public’s aesthetic sensitivity and cognitive curiosity. The creative life in the studio, for Emanuel Kokon did not stop even during the period of isolation in the pandemic, where his motive and passion makes him realize 3 works of art for COVID.

For the artist the relationship of the works of art with the market is in a difficulty, as what is missing is the attention of the institutions to appreciate the visual art. The works of the sculptor Kuko, such as “The Resistance of Time”, “The Bust of Skanderbeg” in Craiova, Romania, etc., are numerous and are exhibited inside and outside the country.
