Security of Europe and the Balkans, US State Secretary, Blinken visits Brussels and Skopje

The US Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will visit Brussels today where he will participate in the North Atlantic Alliance Foreign Ministers Meeting, including the first NATO-Ukraine Council of Foreign Ministers Meeting.
Secretary Blinken is expected to underscore the NATO’s unwavering commitment to Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.
He will emphasize our support for democracy and regional stability in the Western Balkans and discuss priorities for the Washington Summit in July 2024, the State Department said in a statement.
Also, Blinken is expected to visit North Macedonia, where he will participate in an informal dinner at the Ministerial Council of the member states of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which takes place in Skopje on November 30 and December 1.
