Spaces in Dialogue”: 22 Years of Architectural Projects in One Exhibition

The exhibition “Spaces in Dialogue” has opened at the Center for Openness and Dialogue (COD), bringing into focus the relationship between space, architecture, memory, and human experience.
The exhibition presents 22 years of architectural projects, from 2003 to 2025, curated as a shared archive open to the public.
Prime Minister Edi Rama attended the opening ceremony. He said that “Spaces in Dialogue” represents a journey through time, showcasing both competing and winning projects integrated into the exhibition hall’s sculpture.
According to Rama, the original project publications are displayed in a separate space, allowing visitors to follow the creative process and the evolution of architectural ideas over the years.
The exhibition draws inspiration from the work of German conceptual artist Thomas Demand, known for exploring collective memory through the recreation of spaces and moments.
“Spaces in Dialogue” presents a dynamic archive. It does not remain static. Instead, it evolves through dialogue, discussion, and reflection.
Through bricks, marble, and architectural documents, COD presents the story of 22 years of architectural competitions built on collective responsibility and collaboration.
The exhibition will remain open to the public until February 11.
