Spiropali: Census of the population in the Presheva Valley, a process of historical importance

The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Albanian Democratic Alternative Party in Presheva, Armend Aliu, and the Vice-Chairman, Aziz Aziri.
Spiropali considered the population census in the Presheva Valley as a historical process.
“The focus of the meeting was the population census process in the Presheva Valley, where it turned out that around 120,000 Albanians live. This process, of historical and national importance for Albanians, started on October 1 and was successfully finalized on October 31 thanks to the mobilization of the Albanians of the Valley and the commitment of Albanian political parties, associations, non-governmental organizations, activists, as well as international actors,” she says.
Spiropali said that, at the end of the meeting, they discussed the possibilities of cooperation, where he emphasized that the Albanian government and institutions will always provide support for the Albanians of the Presheva Valley.
