Albania national team goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha enjoyed a strong year with Greek side AEK. He ranked among Europe’s standout goalkeepers in 2025.

The statistics website Transfermarkt recently published a list of goalkeepers with the most clean sheets in 2025.

Strakosha kept a clean sheet in 22 of 44 matches played during the year. Andriy Trubin, Gianluigi Donnarumma, and Swiss goalkeeper Gregor Kobel lead the ranking.

Strakosha’s performances played a key role in AEK’s positive run. They also confirmed his status as one of Albania’s most consistent goalkeepers on the European stage.
