The 15th festival in the history of song festivals is considered one of the most politicized festivals. Songs and musical creations appreciated for the ideology of the time, which were dedicated to socialism and everything had to do with the propaganda of the time. It was held on December 25, 26 and 27, 1976 in the hall of the Opera and Ballet Theater. The winner of this Festival was Vaçe Zela, already queen in this music event, due to the high number of victories. “Mother, cut my braid”, was the title of the winning song written by Hysni Milloshi and composed by Avni Mula.
