Ministers Kushi and Nagavci signed today the agreement for the joint Albania-Kosovo primer.

“It is not the first time we work with so much love for joint projects. Even at the joint meeting of governments in Elbasan we signed an agreement that was very necessary for years now to facilitate procedures and shorten the deadlines for recognition of diplomas, qualifications and scientific degrees of Albanian youth, students or scholars from both our countries.

Also in November we promoted together a work of several months for the book of Albanian language and culture for the diaspora that will also serve as an existing basis and experience so that the new primer that we will sign will be a quality primer and with standard.

I want to thank the technical working group of both our ministries who have worked day and night, especially during the last week, to finalize this agreement that we signed today. I also want to thank from the bottom of my heart Minister Nagavci who has shown a maximum will from the first moment, not only for this agreement, but also for many other agreements that we already have, but that we will bring even more forward. It is our common responsibility to guarantee an open, transparent and fair competition, so that the Albanian children will have a unique common primer next year 2022-2023 as a gift for the 110th anniversary of independence. There is no better than a nation, a language, a primer,” the Minister of Education Kushi said.
