The former film studio “Shqipëria e re” will be turned into an “Art Park”. This is the project that local and foreign architects unveiled in a workshop organized by the Minister of Culture Elva Margariti, in the presence of the Ambassadors of Sweden and Italy, Elsa Håstad and Fabrizio Bucci. This project is supported by the European Union with 1 million euros. The purpose of the project is to set up a film museum, to have space for cultural activities, to develop the creative industry and startups; but also green parks for the citizens.

The two architects Gent Agolli and Amjona Hoxha emphasize that the purpose of this project is to turn the area into multifunctional, and to have an intertwining between the pavilions.

During the following days, other meetings will be held with representatives of the independent artistic scene.
