The Government of Kosovo reveals details about the meeting between Kurti and Vucic in Brussels

The Government of Kosovo has announced that the decision on reciprocity with Serbia was agreed upon in the previous Brussels agreement and that it will not be part of the discussions in the next meeting between the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic.
This meeting has been called by the EU Representative for Foreign Policy and Security, Josep Borrell, and will be held on August 18, after the participation of both leaders has been confirmed.
The spokesperson of the Government of Kosovo, Përparim Kryeziu has not revealed what the topics of the discussions in Brussels.
“We will inform you about the agenda of the meeting in time. Decisions on license plates and documents for entry and exit are government decisions that have been foreseen in the agreements agreed by the parties in the past, therefore they cannot be discussed in this meeting,” said Kryeziu.
Nor did the European Union spokesman, Peter Stano, give details about the August 18 meeting.
“I can confirm that after High Representative Borell invited both sides to Brussels, President Vucic and Prime Minister Kurti accepted his invitation and on August 18 they will be received in Brussels by the High Representative and the EU Special Representative, Miroslav Lajçak to discuss further dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina. We will share more details about the logistics and agenda closer to the day of the meeting,” he said.
