Nikolla congratulated the “Albanian Forum” and mayor Nikë Gjeloshaj for the victory of March 5 in the elections in the municipality of Tuz in Montenegro.

“Albanian Forum” has achieved a convincing victory in the local elections in Tuz, Montenegro and will have an absolute majority.
