“Aleksandër Moisiu” Theatre presented Anisa Markarian’s drama The Woman with Drawers to the audience in Durrës.

The play is a social drama. It tells the story of Vesa, a woman with a troubled childhood. Her life was shaped by submission, rejection, and fear. For many years, she kept a deep secret.

In therapy sessions, Vesa recounts her life story.

The drama was directed by Suela Bako. Mimoza Marjanaku played Vesa, and Romir Zalla played the psychologist.

The theatre thanked the audience on social media. Spectators applauded for minutes, eager to meet the actors.

The Woman with Drawers will return on 3–4 December at QKF Durrës.
