American online travel outlet Travel Noir highlights Albania among the destinations that could attract more tourists in 2027. The assessment comes from Advantage Travel Partnership, a British network of independent travel businesses. Advantage identifies Albania as a destination to watch next year.

According to Advantage, interest in Albania focuses on its beaches, relatively short flight time from Britain and summer holiday costs. Travel Noir also highlights Albania’s Adriatic and Ionian coasts, historic cities, mountain areas and natural landscapes. Saranda, Ksamil, Himara and Dhërmi are among the coastal destinations mentioned. The article also points to the Albanian Alps, Theth, Valbona valley, Berat and Gjirokastër.

Meanwhile, Advantage has not published a percentage increase for Albania. Its assessment therefore reflects the network’s view of the country’s tourism potential in 2027. The figures come from Advantage’s review of the 2026 summer season and reflect booking trends among businesses in its British network. They do not represent a global ranking of destinations by growth.

Advantage also reports wider changes in travel spending. Average bookings for short-haul trips rose 8% from 2025, while long-haul bookings increased 5%. Family holiday bookings also rose 5%. All-inclusive packages accounted for 35% of summer bookings, followed by bed-and-breakfast stays at 25%. Advantage expects major international events to influence travel choices in 2027, while organized tour revenue increased 22% between 2025 and 2026.
