Representatives of the U.S. Coast Guard met with Albanian counterparts at the Port of Saranda. The talks focused on port security and international best practices.

During the visit, the participants exchanged information on port security procedures. They also discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination among institutions.

Saranda Customs said it continues to contribute to the safety and smooth operation of port activities. The institution carries out customs checks and cooperates with other institutions and port security structures.

Meanwhile, the visit and exchanges aim to strengthen port security practices and improve the efficiency of port services. Albanian-U.S. cooperation in port security continues to rely on the exchange of experience and international practices.
