The United Kingdom, through its British Military Advisory and Training Team (BMATT), recently conducted the “Training Designer and Management Course” for personnel from the Kosova Security Force (FSK). The training, which also involved staff participating in the “Interflex” operation, focused on enhancing the FSK’s training and management capabilities.

According to the FSK’s announcement, the course aimed to equip participants with the skills to analyze, design, and deliver training programs tailored to the force’s needs. Key areas of focus included understanding training requirements, designing training phases, applying the training effectively, and ensuring it meets established standards.

The United Kingdom continues to support the development of human resources within the Kosova Security Force, contributing to the enhancement of professionalism and operational capacity.
