The president of the country, Vjosa Osmani, announced that the United Arab Emirates has lifted visa requirements for Kosovo. She made this announcement through the X platform, sharing accompanying photos from her meeting with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed Bin Zayed.

According to Osmani, the agreement was reached during a meeting she had with her Arab counterpart last month.

“I express my gratitude to President Mohamed Bin Zayed of the United Arab Emirates for accepting my proposal to waive visas for citizens of Kosovo. The agreement, which was finalized during our meeting last month, has already been signed, paving the way for increased opportunities for cooperation between our countries and citizens,” Osmani wrote on the X platform.”
