As part of her visit to Kosovo, the President of the European Commission, Ursula Von der Leyen, had a meeting with Prime Minister Albin Kurti. Visa liberalization was the main topic under discussion between them. Through a post on the Twitter social network, Von der Leyen writes that Kosovo has met all the standards related to the liberalization of visas while expressing the EC’s support in this matter.

“I know how important visa liberalization is for Kosovo, AlbinKurti. EU_Commission believes you have met all standards. Discussions have resumed. We will support you in every way”, writes Von der Leyen.
