Vjosa Osmani calls on citizens: Get vaccinated, it is a patriotic act

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani has reacted after the increase of the number of infected during the last days. Osmani has called on the citizens of Kosovo to be vaccinated, amid a surge in the number of cases of coronavirus infection. Osmani, through a post on the social network Facebook, reminded the danger of the Delta variant of the coronavirus, while describing vaccination as a “patriotic act”. She said that there are enough vaccines for everyone, so citizens should go and get vaccinated. “Increasing the number of infected with the Delta variant requires maximum care, because if we were not all vaccinated, we would all be lost. Each of us has a responsibility in relation to the other to reduce the pain, first of all the losses.
As concern for the new variant of the virus grows, we need to step up our vaccination efforts. It is a patriotic act for each of us to be vaccinated as soon as possible. The vaccine is enough for everyone, so we need to set aside a few minutes a day to do an action, which at the moment is more than personal. For the good of all, for our safety, for the well-being of our state, get vaccinated! We must and can triumph over any virus! Get vaccinated “, writes Osmani.
