The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received in a meeting the former President of Croatia, Stipe Mesic and the former President of Albania, Bamir Topi. Osmani reacted on ‘Facebook’ where he published a photo with the two former presidents, as he wrote that they are great friends of Kosovo.
“With two great friends of Kosovo: former Croatian President Stipe Mesić and former Albanian President Bamir Topi”, wrote Osmani.
Stipe Mesić is paying a visit to Kosovo, where he previously met with Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca and Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
It is also noted that during the meeting it was emphasized that the close interstate relations between Kosovo, Albania and Croatia are built on strong historical foundations and traditional mutual respect between the Albanian and Croatian nations.

President Osmani also stressed the importance of close cooperation between the three countries, in the face of regional and global challenges and in order to stabilize and advance the Euro-Atlantic agendas in the Western Balkans.
