Vucic and Kurti expected to have a high-level conversation with EU officials on February 27

The Prime Minister of Kosova, Albin Kurti, has held a series of high-level meetings during the Security Conference in Munich. He met with the high representative of the EU, Josep Borrell, and the representative for the dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak.
The dialogue process and the European proposal, initiated by France and Germany, as well as supported by the United States and Italy, were in the focus of the meetings. They also discussed on the next high-level meeting between the Prime Minister of Kosova, Albin Kurti and the Serbian President, Aleksandër Vucic, which was scheduled to be held on February 27 in Brussels.
“I met with Kurti at the Munich Security Conference to discuss the need to advance the EU’s proposal for the normalization of relations with Serbia, which is key for Kosova’s path to the EU. We will meet in Brussels for a high-level meeting on February 27,” writes Borrell on Twitter.
During his participation in the Munich Conference, Kurti held meetings with American senators.
Prime Minister Kurti met with Senators Bob Menendez, once Chairman of the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, Jeanne Shaheen and Chris Van Hollen.
Bilateral relations, the close partnership between the two countries and its further strengthening were the core issues under discussion with Senator Menendez.
