TIRANA, July 31 – Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company (UKT) has improved its customer services by introducing 24/7 support and four new communication channels for citizens.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared a video on social media highlighting the company’s updated services. He said the water supply company now provides assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to respond faster to citizens’ requests and needs.

According to Rama, the four new communication channels aim to improve contact with residents and provide quicker responses to service-related issues.

The initiative is part of efforts to improve public services and strengthen communication between institutions and citizens.
