The Balkan Peninsula is being affected by the periphery of the high atmospheric pressure air currents from the Mediterranean which are affecting the climate in the territory of Albania.

Today the weather will be clear and partly cloudy in the mountainous areas in the afternoon. The wind will be South-West at a speed of 7 m/sec on the south coast.Temperatures will rise.

Low areas 18/38°C
Coastal area 20/35°C

The weather in Kosovo will be clear and cloudy followed by local precipitation. The wind will be in the North-East direction at a speed of 10 m/sec. Temperatures will fluctuate at their extremes of 17°C in the morning while at noon they will reach the value of 33°C -35°C.

As for Sunday the weather in Albania will be clear and partly cloudy in the eastern areas, followed by local rain in the afternoon. The wind will be South-West at a speed of 15 m/sec on the south coast. The wave will be of force 4-5 with a wave height of 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the open sea. Temperatures will rise.
