Western Balkans Fund and EU announce a support scheme through grants for civil society

On the occasion of Europe Day, the Western Balkans Fund announced today a supportive scheme through grants for civil society.
Named “ERC Grants,” this scheme for strengthening regional cooperation will finance regional projects in the Western Balkans with a grant of 30,000 euros.
The scheme is co-financed by the European Union through IPA III.
The Western Balkans Fund is a regional organization established in 2017 by the Foreign Ministries of the region to support the process of cooperation and reconciliation.
As such, it operates in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In 10 previous calls, the Fund has supported over 250 regional projects, with thousands of direct and indirect beneficiaries.
Thanks to these calls, over 7,000 civil society organizations and individuals have been encouraged to collaborate for the first time in a regional context.
