TIRANA, February 3-The 4th Albanian Diaspora Summit will take place on April 14–15 in Tirana. It aims to strengthen cooperation between the Albanian diaspora and local institutions. Moreover, it seeks to build strategic partnerships that support Albania’s long-term development.

According to the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEFA), the summit marks the next step in continuous diaspora engagement. Consequently, collaboration will become more structured and focused on tangible results.

The summit will create a space for in-depth dialogue and cooperation. Here, the diaspora’s international experience will connect directly with national development priorities. In particular, it will highlight ideas, projects, and initiatives that link the economy, innovation, culture, technology, education, and entrepreneurship with Albania’s 2030 vision.

Designed as a co-creation platform, the summit also aims to strengthen ties between the diaspora, central institutions, and local actors. Thus, it will contribute to inclusive policies, functional partnerships, and sustainable international collaborations. Participation is not symbolic; attendees actively shape solutions and guide future priorities.

The summit invites professionals, entrepreneurs, creators, and experts from around the world. They will share experience and help build new bridges for cooperation.
