Jubleta of the Alps in a photo exhibition, the costume of 4 thousand years is preserved by Albanian women

Jubleta, the traditional clothing of girls and women in the north of the country, passed down from generation to generation for 4 thousand years, now also protected by UNESCO, came to a photo exhibition, organized by the Presidency.
The photographer who created this exhibition, Ergys Zhabjaku, emphasizes that it was not difficult to reflect this gem. For this reason, the tradition of jublet making should continue and efforts should be increased so that children and young people learn more about it.
The mayor of the Malësi e Madhe municipality, Tonin Marinaj, shows how the municipality, but also in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, is working to ensure that the art of making jublet does not disappear.
Jubleta, and its production technology, is fortunately still alive, but its carriers are mostly elderly, therefore, they are among the last who can convey this testimony to the new generations.
