The “Heritage Empowerment and Learning Platforms” project, supported by the EU4Culture grant program, is currently designing educational models for key cultural heritage sites in Kavaja, Kruja and Rrogozhina.

The Minister of Culture, Elva Margariti, published on social networks some of the draft illustrations of the Bastova Castle created by young local artists.

EU4Culture has called “Sneak Peek” the works of young artists, in this phase of the “Platforms of Empowerment and Learning through Heritage” project.

“The 4 new educational models are slowly taking shape and we can’t wait to share the work of the new artists,” reads the EU4Culture post. The creations published this time are by Lidia Salikos with her illustrations on the Bashtova Castle.

Bashtova Castle has a number of features related to positioning, shape, etc., which will be elaborated visually in the educational model that is being prepared.

This project is supported by EU4Culture Albania, the European Union in Albania, the Ministry of Culture and the Swedish embassy in Tirana.
