The 7th edition of the “Spirit of the Balkans” festival took place this weekend in Korça. It created a vibrant atmosphere for locals and tourists alike.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared scenes from the event on social media.

“‘Spirit of the Balkans’ lit up Korça,” he wrote. “Artists from Kosovo, North Macedonia, Greece, Montenegro, Bulgaria, and France joined Albanian stars in a celebration of colors, rhythms, and cultures.”

The streets of Korça turned into a mosaic of languages, costumes, and identities. Citizens and visitors welcomed the festival with excitement. It showed the Balkan spirit that unites beyond borders.

In the evening, folk and jazz music filled the Old Bazaar. The sounds brought an extraordinary atmosphere.

“Spirit of the Balkans” is more than a festival. It is an embrace of cultures. It is a call to celebrate what brings us together.
