Construction at the New National Theatre is progressing steadily. The building aims to become a key cultural and social hub in the heart of Tirana.

Minister of Economy, Culture, and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja, shared images from the construction site today. He described the project as one of the most ambitious cultural initiatives in recent years.

The new theatre will host modern performance spaces, multifunctional cultural areas, and European-standard technological infrastructure. Authorities expect it to become both a symbol of cultural identity and a modern venue for the performing arts.

The Ministry considers the project a priority for developing cultural infrastructure in Albania.
