For the third year in a row, the village of Vajzë in Vlorë turns into a vibrant center of art and culture with “Vajzë Fest.” The festival takes place from 22 to 24 August 2025.

This edition brings together artists, filmmakers, musicians, poets, and public figures. They join in a mosaic of events that include film, theater, polyphonic songs, folk dances, contemporary music, and exhibitions.

A highlight of this year is the “Olympic Day” at the Archaeological Park of Amantia. Organized with the Albanian Olympic Committee, it revives the spirit of ancient games.

Meanwhile, young people and nature lovers will enjoy hiking, stargazing camps, bonfire nights, and explorations of caves and waterfalls.

The experience grows richer with the traditional cuisine of Labëria. Visitors can taste homemade dishes, fresh dairy, roasted meat, rakia, and wine served in the natural setting of the Cave of Bees.

The event is organized by the Vajzë Village Association, together with the Municipality of Selenicë and the local community. Thus, Vajzë becomes a unique destination for art, nature, and Albanian heritage.
