The National Children’s Culture Center in Tirana will be a modern, multifunctional cultural hub. It will offer spaces where children and youth can explore and develop their talents.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared images from the construction site on social media. He said the center will rise near Tirana’s Grand Park. It will feature a unique double stage inside the building.

The stage will work both indoors and outdoors. It will serve as an open-air amphitheater. The building’s exterior will also resemble an amphitheater. It will include auditoriums and classrooms for arts and innovation.

Rama said the center will become a creativity lab for children and youth. It will be a unique institution in the region. The project is one of the largest cultural investments in the Balkans. It will offer modern facilities for social and cultural activities.

The center will also have a large workshop to produce puppets and stage props. Young people and Academy of Arts students will use it. The center will host courses in acting, ballet, music, and other performing arts. It will help young talents develop and showcase their skills.
