Korça Serenights: Serenades That Bridge Generations

Korça gears up for its signature festival, Korça Serenights, celebrating the timeless art of serenades.
Mayor Sotiraq Filo urges art lovers not to miss this living tradition. In Korça, a serenade is more than music, it embodies the city’s soul. It began as a language of love and emotion and continues to connect young performers with seasoned masters, keeping the tradition vibrant.
Every evening, the city’s old streets come alive with the magic of serenades. The melodies touch hearts, link Korça to its past, and pass a cultural treasure to future generations.
This year’s festival runs from 18 to 20 September. It features top performers such as Mihallaq Andrea, Ermira Kola, Endri and Stefi, Eli Fara, and Endri Polena. The Armed Forces Symphony Orchestra will join, adding a grand musical touch.
Korça Serenights offers visitors a rare glimpse into Albania’s living musical heritage, blending history, emotion, and artistry in every note.
