Bjarke Ingels Group Wins International Competition for Faith Park in Tirana

The Danish firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) won the international competition for Faith Park in Tirana.
The organizers selected twelve international architecture studios from the UK, Portugal, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Italy for the final stage.
The jury narrowed the list to five finalists and chose Bjarke Ingels Group as the winner.
Prime Minister Edi Rama described the park as a unique project of Tirana 2030 and Albania 2030. He said it will let people experience different faiths through trees and plants inspired by sacred writings.
At the event, Prime Minister Rama said the selection of finalists was difficult because of the high quality of the proposals.
