Spanish Cultural Week to Light Up Tirana from November 3–7

Tirana will come alive from November 3 to 7 with the Spanish Cultural Week, a celebration filled with music, art, and flavor.

Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Sports Blendi Gonxhja urged citizens to join “a week bursting with Spanish colors, sounds, and tastes.”

The program opens with the presentation of the book “Anatomy of a Moment” translated by Bashkim Shehu. Each evening will feature new highlights — flamenco dancer Lucía La Bronce on stage, screenings of Spanish contemporary cinema, tastings of “Emilio Moro” wines, traditional tapas, and a concert by guitarist Denis Bizhga. “Every night offers a cultural journey that awakens emotion and passion,” said Gonxhja.

The International Cultural Weeks arrive as Tirana proudly carries the title of Mediterranean Capital of Culture and Dialogue 2025. Events will extend beyond the capital, bringing cultural life to cities across Albania.

Following the Austrian Cultural Week, the Spanish edition continues a rich international program. With 20 participating countries, more local and foreign artists, and events stretching from north to south, the International Cultural Weeks strengthen cultural dialogue and bring nations closer together.
