Unstable weather with rain, snow, and strong coastal winds expected on Friday

The Military Meteorological Service says Friday will bring unstable weather across the country. Clouds will vary from moderate to dense, with occasional clear intervals.
Light rain will start early in the morning in the south, then spread over most areas. After midday, the south and southeast will see occasional short showers with thunder and lightning.
In the Alps and mountain regions of the northeast and southeast, snow will fall lightly, at times reaching moderate intensity.
Winds will blow from the northeast to southeast, averaging 8 m/s after midday, and may reach 18 m/s along the coast and valleys. The sea will be slightly rough, with waves 1 to 3 on the Beaufort scale.
