A group of young artists from Albania, Kosovo, Greece, and Turkey convened in Tirana, where they created and exhibited their works as part of the event “Young Artists’ Colony – Triangle Tirana, Athens, Istanbul” (Tirana Art Colony 2024).

The purpose of this event was to organize an art colony featuring contemporary young artists and art students from Albania, Greece, and Turkey to promote cultural and artistic exchange, as well as to encourage creativity and artistic innovation among youth through the Tirana-Athens-Istanbul triangle.

The young artists of the colony produced and exhibited 20 art pieces, each addressing a unique theme through painting.

For many of the foreign artists, this was their first time in Albania, where they created their works during their stay. Their presence also served as a means of promoting tourism in Albania, particularly in Tirana.
