Talented students from various schools have skillfully recreated the mosaic titled “Albania,” prominently displayed at the entrance of the National History Museum in Tirana.
Ogerta Manastirliu, the Minister of Education and Sports, shared pictures of the mosaic on social media, highlighting its creation as part of the Year of the Albanian Language and the 80th anniversary of Liberation Day.
“Students have breathed new life into several works of Albanian art that commemorate important personalities and events in our cultural heritage and history. The mosaic ‘Albania,’ completed in 1981 through the collaborative efforts of renowned Albanian painters, captures some of the most significant moments in our nation’s history. Our talented students have meticulously revived this artwork in every detail,” stated Manastirliu.
