TIRANA, March 4 – Prime Minister Edi Rama said Albania continues to strengthen its position as an international tourism destination.

International media outlets have increased coverage of Albania. The British newspaper The Telegraph ranked Albania among the most affordable and attractive destinations in Europe.

Rama described the ranking as an important international recognition. He said it reflects Albania’s natural landscapes, historic cities, hospitality, and competitive costs for visitors.

He highlighted the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, the Albanian Alps, and the country’s cultural heritage as key assets. He said these elements position Albania as an authentic and affordable destination.

International publications continue to promote Albania as an attractive and safe place to visit.
