In Pristina, a meeting was held for the editorial teams in the field of “communication and communication tools” to develop a unified vocabulary.

The meeting was attended by the deputy editor-in-chief of the “Albanian Encyclopedia,” Academician Mehmet Kraja. He commended the work done by both editorial teams and presented several suggestions to successfully complete the first phase of this significant project.

Academician Kraja emphasized that “our Encyclopedia” will serve as the national encyclopedia for the best values created by Albanians throughout their history.

The head of the Kosovo editorial team, Binak Kelmendi, along with the head of the Tirana editorial team, Naim Zoto, and Prof. Dr. Valbona Toska (from the special editorial team for Albanian heritage in North Macedonia), provided updates on the work of the editorial teams and the challenges identified. Members of these teams shared their opinions, particularly regarding the criteria for inclusion and the structural proportions among the articles.

It was concluded that the time until the end of September should be utilized to revisit the joint list of articles to reflect any comments or suggestions made during this consultative meeting.
