TIRANA, March 30 – On International Doctors’ Day, Prime Minister Edi Rama expressed gratitude for the work of Albanian doctors, highlighting their key role in advancing the health system toward European standards.

In a post on social media, Rama emphasized that doctors’ dedication ensures higher-quality services, equal access, and care for all citizens. He called their contribution essential to creating a healthcare system that meets international benchmarks.

“International Doctors’ Day! Your contribution is vital in advancing healthcare that meets European standards. Your work guarantees better services, equal access, and care for every citizen,” Rama wrote.

He also praised doctors’ commitment, professionalism, and humanism, noting that each day they place citizens’ lives and well-being at the center of their work.
