Hoxha said the academy trains future diplomats to handle complex international relations. He noted that geopolitics, technology, and the link between security, economy, and politics are reshaping diplomacy.

He discussed Albania’s path toward the European Union. He highlighted reforms, negotiations, commitments, and concrete results. He stressed a shared responsibility to advance Albania’s European future.

Hoxha said the academy has helped train members of Albania’s foreign service. He called this a strong and lasting partnership.

He praised the new generation of diplomats. He said they are well prepared and motivated. He added that they are shaping the future of Europe.
