TIRANA, April 17 – Albanian Defence Minister Ermal Nufi began an official visit to Prishtina on Thursday, where Kosova Defence Minister Ejup Maqedonci received him. The visit included a formal military ceremony upon arrival.

Kosova media reported the ceremonial reception at the Ministry of Defence. The two ministers later held a bilateral meeting at the ministry headquarters. They are expected to address the media after the talks.

The meeting focuses on defence cooperation and regional security issues. Officials are also discussing coordination between the two armed forces.
Earlier this week, Nufi also met Croatian Defence Minister Ivan Anusic. He said both sides discussed shared priorities on peace, security and expanded defence cooperation.
