Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha visited Shkodra. He toured the “Peter Mahringer” Industrial Technical High School. He observed its EU-style vocational training.

Hoxha called the school a strong Albania–Austria partnership. Austria’s Federal Ministry of Education supports it. Students train under top European standards.

The school blends theory with hands-on practice. It focuses on technology. It prepares students for the modern job market.

“Nothing is impossible with dedication and hard work,” Hoxha told students. He shared a message of motivation and focus.

He stressed the role of youth. He called them key drivers of development. He linked them directly to Albania’s EU path.

“These students are tomorrow’s professionals,” he said. “They will move the country forward.”

Hoxha said young people represent Albania’s future in Europe.
“They are the face of a country moving with confidence toward EU membership.”
