This weekend, the “Spirit of the Balkans” festival, the largest in the region promoting Balkan culture, was held in Korça, now in its 6th edition. Invited groups brought their traditions, Balkan dances, and melodies.

 A novelty of this edition was the participation of orchestras and ensembles from various Balkan countries.

The musical performances took place in the old bazaar on the evening of May 25th.

This festival was organized by the Municipality of Korça and the Center for Culture and Innovation, aiming to preserve and promote intangible heritage and highlight the values ​​of the Balkan region.
