Tirana has undergone a remarkable transformation, becoming a magnet for large-scale foreign productions, firmly placing our capital on the map of international tours.

One such production is the “Las Vegas Magic Festival,” an exclusive show from Las Vegas that has included Albania in its international tour. Seven of the most talented modern-day alchemists will grace the stage on April 5th, 6th, and 7th at the Palace of Congresses, promising to bring us moments of magic, humor, and indescribable emotions.

They were warmly welcomed by Mayor Erion Veliaj, who also bestowed upon them the Clock Tower. During his speech, Veliaj expressed that the activities within the framework of the “Tirana Mediterranean Capital of Culture” year had started a year earlier. He urged all the children of the capital to closely follow the show, emphasizing that despite coming from different nations, art, magic, and culture unite us.

“I am very happy that a team from several European and global countries has brought this tour to Tirana. The youngsters will enjoy the beauty that magic, art, and the stage bring. But I believe that even we as a city need a little break. It is a moment when the season has changed, when we have new energy, and I am glad that this troupe with so much positive energy and enthusiasm has honored us in Tirana. We are part of the tour, after Athens it was Tirana’s turn. In a city that will be the Mediterranean capital of Culture, I am glad that activities have started a year before. I hope that the children of Tirana will rejoice, enjoy, and understand that despite coming from different nations, speaking different languages, there is something that unites us, which is art, magic, and culture,” said Veliaj.

The illusionists who will take the stage have won a series of prestigious awards such as the Merlin, the Oscar equivalents, and the Guinness World Record. “Las Vegas Magic Festival” will become the preferred destination for families, youngsters, and anyone else on the weekend of April 5th, 6th, and 7th.
