An exhibition opens on the 100th anniversary of the start of excavations in the Bylis Archaeological Park

An exhibition of photos from the iconographic treasures kept in the Onufri Iconographic Museum was opened in the premises of the Bylis National Archaeological Park.
Albanian Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja said that this activity is a cooperation between two institutions in honor of the 100th anniversary of the beginning of archaeological excavations by Leon Rey.
The exhibition will remain open for a month as a good opportunity to promote the Onufri Iconographic Museum in one of the most visited archaeological parks in Albania.
Leon Rey was a French archeologist, who was among the first to start excavations in Albania after WWI.
