Butrint National Park welcomed 257,134 visitors from January through September 2026. Foreign tourists accounted for the largest share, with 181,251 visitors, while 25,404 Albanian visitors explored the ancient site. The park also sold 50,479 tickets online.

Individual visitors led the figures with 136,799 people, followed by groups with 86,231 visitors. Children under 12 accounted for 15,350 visits and entered free of charge. The park also offered free admission on the last Sunday of each month, attracting 2,811 visitors during the period.

Ticket sales generated more than ALL 212 million. Butrint National Park said it invests the revenue in maintenance, conservation and the integrated management of the archaeological site.
