Local enforcement offices handle 195 cases and issue 299 certificates online

Justice Minister Toni Gogu says the digitalization of enforcement services aims to improve access to court decisions and reduce waiting times at service counters. He stressed that winning a court case is only the first step; authorities must also enforce the ruling.
Data published by the ministry show that 22 local enforcement offices handled 195 case files, including cases completed, discontinued, legally resolved or transferred. They also registered 385 new files to begin enforcement proceedings.
Meanwhile, the e-Albania platform issued 299 certificates online. Of these, 284 concerned enforcement obligations and 15 concerned child maintenance payments.
Gogu said justice must deliver not only fair decisions but also swift and simple enforcement.
